Six programs built on the same cognitive-emotional approach I use with my private clients in Geneva and with my own dogs, structured so you can apply it at home, at your dog’s pace. Whether you are at the beginning or already working on something specific, there is a place here for you and your dog.
Well… where does your dog need you most?
Every programme follows the same cognitive-emotional architecture: understand what is happening inside your dog and build the capacity to process it, so what drives the behaviour changes from the root.
PUPPY PROGRAMME
GROW & SHINE
Build strong emotional foundations from the very start. Educate your puppy to grow into a happy, balanced adult dog and avoid future problems.
RECALL
BACK TO YOU
Trust a recall that holds when it actually matters. Develop the internal capacity your dog needs to voluntarily disconnect from the world, turn back and choose you.
COMMUNITY
TOGETHER IS BETTER
A monthly community for families with dogs who feel the world intensely. One exercise a month, weekly tracker, one live session with Cristina, weekly Q&A specific to your dog. Steady guidance, at your pace, for as long as it helps.
COMPLETE PROGRAMME
SETTLE & SHINE
Help your dog feel good so he can behave well. A comprehensive behavioural health programme for dogs who feel the world intensively. Built on 11+ years of experience.
RE-ENJOY YOUR WALK
A CONNECTED WALK
My loose-leash method, built entirely on emotional regulation and the safety your dog finds in his connection with you.
MASTERCLASS
THE EMOTIONAL THRESHOLD
Your dog doesn’t explode out of nowhere. Long before the reaction, his nervous system is already building. This masterclass shows you what happens in that invisible window — and how to recognise it before you lose him.
FREE
Recall — Back to YouYou don't lose your dog when he runs. You lose him the moment he can't turn back to you.
FREE
Walks — A Connected Walk
The walk shouldn't feel like this.

Puppy — A Free Guide

This approach was built in practice over eleven years of working with families who had already tried everything else before finding me.
Three principles sit at the centre of everything:
Behaviour is information.
Every bark or shutdown is telling you something about what is happening inside your dog. When you learn to read it, everything changes.
Emotional capacity comes before behavioural compliance.
A dog cannot truly learn while emotionally overloaded. Real progress starts when the nervous system feels safe enough to process the world differently.
Connection is the foundation.
Dogs who feel understood and guided with respect navigate the world differently. The science backs this up.
The Cognitive-Emotional Approach is the framework I use to understand and work with dogs and their families. It draws on principles from behavioural science, learning theory, communication, and the study of emotional processes in animals, integrated into an approach that is science based, applicable and honest about where it comes from.
11+ years · 750+ dogs and families helped · Swiss Veterinary Service (SCAV)
Canine behavioural health specialist and emotional regulation expert. Based in Geneva, Switzerland. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
My formal dog training in canine behavioural health began in 2012 and has not stopped since.
That first qualification in dog training and behavioural management was followed by a specialisation in emotional management, then by a year and a half of intensive professional training in Switzerland. Since then, continued education has taken me across four countries, going deeper into the areas that matter most for the dogs I work with: emotional regulation, fear and insecurity, anxiety, stress, reactivity and impulsivity, frustration tolerance, canine communication, hormones and behaviour, and depressive states.
More than a decade of study, built around one question: what is actually happening inside this dog?
I hold an official authorisation from the Swiss Veterinary Service (SCAV) as a professional dog trainer in Geneva, and I work in English, French, and Spanish. Full professional timeline available on LinkedIn. You can also know more in the About section on this site menu.
